At 1505, Companies 10 & 11 was dispatched to assist Medic 560-2 at 300 East Bellevue Ave in Muhlenberg Twp at an MVA that was originally with unknown injuries, but now confirmed confinement. Rescue 11 arrived with Engine 10-1. There was a 2 car mva in traffic. The driver of the one car was unable to get out her door. Rescue 11 went into service and removed the driver door allowing EMS to gain better access to the pt. Crews assisted with extricating the pt onto a long board. Once the pt was fully immobilized, they were loaded into 560-2. Crews contained some minor fluids.
 
Company 11 was back in station @ 1549 hours.
